01 / Mission

Component-level intelligence for decision-grade work.

Sitara produces component-level retail rate forecasts that escalate based on market fundamentals: capacity auction results, transmission cost recovery, policy adjustments, and wholesale energy curves. Not a flat assumption applied to a recent rate level.

The energy transition has broken the standard escalator. Capacity prices have risen sharply across PJM and MISO. Transmission cost recovery is accelerating to meet load growth. State-level policy riders shift the trajectory in ways the historical record doesn't capture. A 2-3% escalator can't carry the assumptions a 25-year project finance model now requires.

We produce component-level retail rate decompositions with forward projections that are transparent, reproducible, and built for direct use in project finance models, acquisition diligence, and re-contracting decisions.
